Question : What information customers must prepared before calling to 1129 PEA call center in case of electricity problem?

Answer : To provide a convenient and fast communication, these are information:-
1. CA Number (12 digits) from electricity bill
  1.1 Name and last name of the owner
  1.2 Address
  1.3 Nearest place that can be noticed (For example : Temple or Government Office)
  1.4 Electricity Authority
2. Name and last name of customer who calling to 1129 PEA Call center
3. Mobile phone number
4. Date and time of occurrence
5. Kind of electricity problem
6. The reason of electricity problem

Question : Why CA Number (12 digits) in electricity bill is needed?

Answer : First of all, it helps faster service and communication with more accuracy and also save time for asking for more information in 1.1-1.4
- 1129 PEA Call Center will connect to Outage Management System (OMS) of PEA automatically, it makes easier to fix the electricity problem in real time. So, for more convenient and faster communication service, customers must "prepare the 12-digit CA Number in the electricity bill"
- But in case if customers are not convenient to give this information to our officers. Our officers will try to find out from other information, such as; name, address etc. until they get the CA Number.
