Question : Why CA Number (12 digits) in electricity bill is
needed?
Answer : First of all, it helps faster service and communication
with more accuracy and also save time for asking for more
information in 1.1-1.4
- 1129 PEA Contact Center will connect to Outage Management System
(OMS) of PEA automatically, it makes easier to fix the electricity
problem in real time. So, for more convenient and faster
communication service, customers must "prepare the 12-digit CA
Number in the electricity bill"
- But in case if customers are not convenient to give this
information to our officers. Our officers will try to find out
from other information, such as; name, address etc. until they get
the CA Number.
